Our Mission

  • Doctors Under the Radar (Doc U R) is a private social community platform, and resources center solely focused on female physicians from training and beyond, even if no longer in medicine or training. We strive to increase mental health awareness and maintain confidentiality, and most importantly, decrease stigmas. Specifically, Doc U R will match female physicians with a mental health therapist, psychiatrist, or coach. On the forum, we are committed to providing a space for female physicians to network and utilize art as therapy for expression and healing. All with the option of anonymity. We aim to make it less cumbersome and effortless for struggling physicians and physicians-to-be to find methods and means to support their mental health and well-being.
